Martin Schwimmer is Of Counsel with Moses and Singer and is a principal of the Schwimmer Mitchell Law Firm in New York. Mr. Schwimmer's practice is concentrated in the areas of US and international trademark law, domain name counseling, and trademark litigation.

His litigation includes international trademark portfolio management, resolving multi-jurisdictional trademark disputes, interpartes trademark disputes, brand policing, clearance of trademarks, and protection of unconventional trademarks and licensing.

Mr. Schwimmer represents some of America's largest corporations regarding the special policing issues raised by use of brand names on the Internet. Mr. Schwimmer writes and speaks frequently on trademark and domain name issues. He also publishes The Trademark Blog.

Mr. Schwimmer holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard University and a J.D. from the Fordham University.
