Canada Full Search

A comprehensive search to determine the availability of your proposed trademark for use and registration in Canada. This search locates identical trademarks, variant spellings, phonetic equivalents and similar marks from the Canadian Trademark Register, Common Law and Domain Name sources.

Web Search Extensions
Web Search Extensions provide focused coverage of key industry websites where significant commerce takes place to uncover relevant citations that could otherwise be missed. Offered as optional enhancements to Thomson CompuMark Canada Full Searches, these findings are presented in the Web Common Law section of the report.

Web Common Law is included free. The addition of Web common law reporting, a $75 value, is included standard in our Canadian Full Search reports.
