Use International Availability Searches to determine whether your proposed trademark is available for use in the country, register, jurisdiction or region of your choice:

Assess the strength of a mark for acquisition or licensing purposes.
Avoid infringement of existing trademarks.
Support trademark litigation by identifying identical and similar trademarks and domain names that could bar the use or registration of a trademark.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Using our unique computerized search system and proprietary trademark databases, or our network of highly qualified foreign associates, we search your proposed trademark against active trademark registrations. We report applications and, for many countries, unpublished applications (status before registration). English translations of goods and services are provided for all non-English searches.

Community Trademarks are automatically searched when you order a search of a country that is a member of the European Union.
